I broke down across the street after running out of gas and coasting into the gas station. After filling her up she wouldn't start. Nick came over and helped me going over multiple things that could of been the problem and go her going again. Amazing service. Will be going back!!!

Today was my fourth time coming here and is certainly the last after this morning interaction with staff. When I arrived to drop off my car the lot was in complete disarray just like the previous times, so I pulled in to go inside and check in. To my error I did miss an open spot to park out of the way. One staff came out and asked for my keys so he could move my car into the open spot. I said I could move in, but he took my keys and kept repeating he would move into the open spot. He then proceeded to aggressively back my car up and then squeal my tires into that spot right in front of me!!! When he got out no apology he just said we will get the oil changed and call you. A couple minutes later another staff that I assume is Dad/owner walked by and I said I didn't mean to upset your guy where I parked. He said this happens every morning and I said I didn't appreciate him squealing my tires in front of me and he response..."oh". Shame on me I should have grabbed my keys and left. I'm sorry you have a small lot and zero organization, but this was deplorable customer service. If he treated my car like that in front of me hate to see how vehicles are treated when they are upset and yo

I recently had my car serviced at Richlen & Sons, and I can't recommend them highly enough! From the moment I walked in, Nick was fantastic—he truly listened to my concerns, even when I couldn’t quite pinpoint the issue (it honestly sounded like trolls were living under my car!). I dropped my car off at 11 AM, and by 3 PM, it was ready for pick-up. After struggling to find a reliable mechanic, I was relieved to discover a team that has integrity and offers fair pricing. As a woman, I've often felt vulnerable in situations like this, but I felt completely respected and valued here. I initially thought I was facing a significant problem that would require a costly fix, especially since the engine light and a couple of other warning lights had been on for ages—no other mechanic had been able to resolve these issues. I’m beyond impressed with their efficiency, affordability, and exceptional customer service. Without a doubt, I won't be taking my business anywhere else. I plan to return to Richlen & Sons for all my vehicle service needs!

I’ve found myself in need of a mechanic twice since Thanksgiving. My niece highly recommended Richlen and Sons in West Allis. My experience has been incredible! The professionals at Richlen and Sons are honest, knowledgeable with exceptional customer service skills! They communicated consistently with me throughout the process, so there were no surprises with the quality of the repairs or the final bill. I’m so grateful for their professionalism and commitment to their customers! I’ve already recommended them to several people and will continue to do so without hesitation! If you’re looking for a honest and knowledgeable mechanic, look no further than Richlen and Sons!
